On Location Events is seeking an Ecommerce Sr. Manager to own day-to-day site execution, optimization, and merchandising for premium hospitality sites.

You will drive conversion, ensure homepage/category refresh cadence, and align with design, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver measurable business impact. The role requires 5+ years of ecommerce experience and hands-on work with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience managing site operations, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
• Translate insights into action-driving improvements that lift traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce CMS platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, digital merchandising, and SEO fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, creative, product and tech teams to deliver on-brand digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure ecommerce properties meet monthly conversion and revenue goals.
• Monitor GA4 and Amplitude dashboards; deliver actionable insights weekly.
• Define and execute ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to improve user flow and CTAs.
• Coordinate with Tech on bug fixes, enhancements, and platform stability.
• Maintain biweekly homepage and category refresh cadence featuring key packages and milestones.
• Collaborate with UX/Design to implement merchandising modules.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and drive conversions from paid traffic to site.
• Deliver weekly performance snapshots of KPIs across site and content modules.
• Provide insight-driven commentary on drivers of performance and optimization opportunities.
