On Location, a TKO Group Holdings subsidiary, seeks an Ecommerce Sr. Manager in New York to own day-to-day site execution, optimization, and merchandising for premium hospitality sites.

You will drive conversion, refresh cadence, and align with design, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver premium digital experiences. This role requires 5+ years in ecommerce, strong analytics, and a track record of turning insights into actions that boost traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Formación

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience managing site operations, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
• Proven ability to translate insights into action—driving lifts in traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure ecommerce properties meet monthly conversion and revenue goals.
• Monitor GA4 and Amplitude dashboards; deliver actionable insights weekly.
• Define and execute ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to improve user flow, CTAs, and trust signals.
• Manage coordination with the Tech team on bug fixes, enhancements, and platform stability.
• Maintain biweekly homepage and category refresh cadence featuring key packages and milestones.
• Collaborate with UX and Design to implement merchandising modules (e.g., Trending Packages, Top Experiences).
• Partner with Creative and Marketing to develop landing pages and digital assets, ensuring alignment with senior leadership.
• Deliver weekly performance snapshots with KPIs across traffic, CVR, AOV, and revenue.
