Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead deployments across on-premise and cloud environments. This remote US role involves configuring systems, performing site verifications, and coordinating with customers and partners.

You will work with hybrid cloud/SaaS deployments, ensure connectivity, and create documentation for migrations and upgrades. Travel up to 75% nationally and internationally is required; a strong background in IP networks, virtualization,

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Relevant cloud certifications or cloud experience.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting, connectivity, latency, and identity management.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and Windows/Linux servers.
• Telephony knowledge of analog lines and PRI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-site and in hybrid cloud/SaaS environments.
• Perform site verification tests and production cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Provide customer and partner support during deployment.
• Document changes and SOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades.
