Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an ECH Field Engineer for remote US deployment with 50-75% travel. You will configure, test, and support Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premises and cloud-hosted environments.

The role requires strong IP networking, telephony, and cloud skills, with a focus on reliability, documentation, and customer collaboration. Travel and security clearances apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with network, telephony, and security fundamentals.
• Support for cloud-based and on-premise solutions in public safety.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot ECH solutions across hybrid cloud and SaaS environments.
• Perform site verification testing and production cutover support.
• Document changes including cloud tenancy and API integrations.
• Provide remote and on-site customer and partner support during deployment.
• Develop and approve methods of procedure for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Maintain SME skills in emerging cloud-native public safety tech.
