Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to oversee system configuration, testing, and cutover for on-premise and cloud-hosted ECH solutions. This role requires extensive travel within the US and internationally, with a focus on delivering reliable deployment and ongoing support.

You will work with cloud-native safety tech, perform site verification testing, and coordinate with customers to ensure successful production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Configures and tests ECH solutions in hybrid cloud and SaaS environments.
• Verifies site readiness and performs cutover to production.
• Troubleshoots connectivity between local infra and cloud apps.
• Supports customers and partners during deployment and post-cut.
• Documents changes to cloud tenants and API integrations.
