Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior Early Careers Technical Recruiter to drive university and early careers recruiting for software and hardware engineers in Oregon. You will build and manage talent pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with hiring teams to place qualified engineers across software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes, including projects and academics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain university and early careers talent pipelines.
• Screen and assess candidates to gauge technical backgrounds and projects.
• Match qualified candidates with software/hardware roles based on skills and interests.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast needs.
• Build durable pipelines across software and hardware engineering.
• Develop relationships with candidates and maintain engagement.
• Identify talent through universities, referrals, and targeted sourcing.
• Guide hiring teams on candidate alignment and availability.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and requisition updates.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
