Sustainable Talent partners with clients to grow early careers and university recruiting initiatives. We seek a Senior Early Careers Technical Recruiter with a strong technical recruiting background, strategic mindset, and passion for connecting emerging talent with the right opportunities.

You will manage pipelines, screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring teams across software and hardware engineering. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in university/early careers or technical recruiting.
• Ability to manage talent pipelines and match candidates to roles.
• Familiarity with software/hardware engineering disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain pipeline requisitions for university and early careers technical talent.
• Screen and assess candidates’ technical backgrounds, projects, internships and coursework.
• Match qualified candidates with opportunities and hiring teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future early careers needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across software and hardware disciplines.
• Develop relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the process.
• Identify talent through university programs, campus partnerships, referrals and sourcing.
• Provide guidance to hiring teams on candidate fit and availability.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/CRM and ensure timely updates.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and coordination.
