Job summary

Sustainable Talent is partnering with a client to strengthen its university and early careers recruiting initiatives. We seek a Senior Early Careers Technical Recruiter with a strong technical recruiting background and a strategic mindset to connect emerging talent with software and hardware engineering opportunities.

You will manage pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with hiring teams across software, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong recruiting experience, preferably supporting university recruiting, early careers programs, new graduate hiring, or technical engineering recruitment.
• Experience managing talent pipelines and partnering with multiple hiring teams.
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines and technical candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pipeline requisitions for university and early careers technical talent.
• Screen and assess candidates to understand technical backgrounds, projects, internships, and career interests.
• Match qualified candidates with opportunities and hiring teams based on skills and business needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across software and hardware engineering disciplines.
• Engage with candidates to maintain relationships through recruiting and placement processes.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM platforms.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and coordination.
