Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong recruiting experience, preferably university/early careers or technical engineering recruitment.
• Experience managing talent pipelines, screening candidates, and matching qualified talent with hiring teams.
• Ability to assess qualifications beyond resumes, including projects and internships.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and navigating changing priorities.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms; Eightfold experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pipelines for university and early careers technical talent.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical backgrounds and academic experience.
• Match candidates with opportunities and hiring teams based on skills and interests.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand needs.
• Build strong pipelines across software and hardware engineering disciplines.
• Develop relationships and maintain engagement throughout the process.
• Identify talent through campus programs, referrals, networking, and sourcing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates in ATS/CRM.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
