Job summary

Sustainable Talent is partnering with our client to recruit top early career technical talent. As Senior Early Careers Technical Recruiter you will manage pipelines across software and hardware engineering, screen candidates, and partner with hiring teams to place recent graduates into meaningful roles.

You will evaluate projects and internships, build relationships with universities, and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM, with Eightfold experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong recruiting experience in university/early careers settings.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes via projects and internships.
• Experience with ATS/CRM; Eightfold preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain university and early careers talent pipelines.
• Screen and assess candidates' technical backgrounds and coursework.
• Partner with hiring teams to match talent with opportunities across software and hardware engineering.
• Build talent pipelines across software and hardware disciplines.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline updates in ATS/CRM.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication.
