Tokio Marine HCC is seeking an experienced Senior E&S Construction Underwriter to develop and manage a profitable middle-market construction book. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of E&S construction underwriting and a track record with larger, more complex contractor accounts.

The role requires minimal supervision, strong decision-making, and ownership of book growth. Occasional travel up to 25% and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of E&S construction underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting middle-market construction accounts.
• Ability to handle larger, more complex contractor accounts.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and ownership mindset.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new and renewal policy applications, classify risk, and determine pricing.
• Respond to brokers with information and underwriting support.
• Create and maintain bound files and underwriting documentation.
