Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline/ Rise, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in adult learning in corporate training or professional services.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and implements learning programs and initiatives.
• Collaborates with SMEs and department leaders to ensure effective solutions.
• Creates eLearning, ILT and performance support materials.
• Develops assessments to measure training impact and knowledge transfer.
• Keeps current on learning trends and maintains strong teamwork.
