Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience; 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading digital learning and LMS initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across departments and implement solutions.
• Oversee apprentice, advanced skills, and safety training programs.
• Deploy and maintain an LMS to ensure compliant training records.
• Lead budgeting for the Technical Training Department.
