Job summary

LJA Energy seeks a Sr. Project Engineer to lead EIC system design across midstream oil & gas and public works. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and oversee electrical drawings, control schematics, and specs to meet client requirements, budget, and codes.

The role emphasizes power distribution, SCADA integration, and coordination with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in power systems or related discipline (required).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering (required).
• Strong understanding of NEC and related standards; experience leading EIC projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design and development of EIC systems across midstream and public works projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers; manage workflows and promote professional growth.
• Oversee design drawings, control schematics, and specifications; ensure NEC compliance and safety.
