Job summary

Hargrove's Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Discipline Leader is a key technical lead based in Beaumont, TX. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality for E&I deliverables and guide engineers and designers as the technical authority on complex projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in electrical engineering and 15+ years industrial E&I experience, NEC familiarity, and strong leadership, client communication, and project controls skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• 15+ years of industrial E&I experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical & instrumentation design and project execution.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and designers; coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare bid packages and technical documentation.
