Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Discipline Lead for our Beaumont office. You will provide technical leadership and full discipline delivery on industrial projects, combining hands-on design with strong project controls and client communication.

The role is based in Beaumont with supervision at a senior level. Responsibilities include leading control plans, electrical/instrumentation design, deliverable reviews, and mentoring teammates while developing

Qualifications

• Requires 15 or more years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with the NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Virtual team skills and cross divisional relationships for interoffice execution support.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls: organize work execution strategies, manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverables.
• Establish electrical/instrumentation design criteria; produce estimate-level designs, take-offs, layouts, and cost studies.
• Review deliverables for NEC compliance; coordinate with other disciplines and prepare procurement documentation.
• Mentor teammates and promote interoffice worksharing and proposal development.
