Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Discipline Lead for our Beaumont, TX office. You will oversee technical leadership and complete discipline delivery on complex industrial projects, combining hands-on design with strong client communication and project controls.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with NEC and current standards.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience leading design delivery and project controls for industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&I design and discipline delivery for industrial projects.
• Produce and review estimates, take-offs, and cost studies.
• Develop design criteria, single-line diagrams, and cost-effective layouts.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, ensure constructability and compliance.
• Mentor teammates and manage interoffice worksharing to optimize resources.
• Prepare bid packages and comprehensive technical documentation.
