Job summary

Hargrove EPC in Mississippi is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee delivery of moderately complex industrial projects. You will lead safety-focused teams, manage projects cost, schedule and quality, and work with design leaders to ensure timely completion under minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates bring a BS/MS in Construction Science, a GC license if possible, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• General Contractors License preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on site and manage contractors with a zero-accidents mindset.
• Lead teams to meet scope, design criteria, and schedule.
• Coordinate with design leaders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Review vendor drawings, specifications, and submittals for conformance.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality using project controls.
