Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a senior construction manager to deliver large-scale projects safely, on time and within budget. You will lead a team, manage project controls, review designs and drawings, and ensure compliance with safety standards across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial construction management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total delivery of services safely, on time, within budget and quality expectations on moderately complex projects.
• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments and coordinate contractor activities.
• Ensure safety first and manage client relationships in complex situations.
• Review vendor drawings, construction specs, and submittals for conformance and progress.
• Coordinate with design leaders and field staff to ensure timely information flow for project completion.
