Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned construction manager to oversee total project delivery. You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with design leads, clients, and contractors to maintain progress across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring at least 10 years of industrial construction management experience, with strong knowledge of project controls and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industrial construction management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls, cost, schedule and quality management.
• Bachelor or Master in Construction Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead total delivery of services safely, on time and within budget.
• Ensure contractor activities are planned with safety first and zero accidents.
• Coordinate with design leaders and clients to maintain progress and quality.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals for conformance to plans.
• Mentor and lead a small team to meet commitments and deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication.
