Schneider Electric seeks an Senior Project Manager to drive complex E-House and modular infrastructure initiatives in the United States. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Services to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM for power distribution or mission-critical infra.
• 3+ years managing large-scale capital equipment or engineered-to-order projects.
• Experience with E-House, modular data centers, or power systems.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven record of successful customer relationship management and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple E-House and modular infrastructure projects from intake to closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative throughout project execution.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Field Services.
• Ensure contractual requirements and customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• Drive resolution of complex technical, commercial, and execution challenges.
• Lead kickoff meetings, milestone reviews, progress meetings, and closeout activities.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, claims, and commercial negotiations.
