Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Technical Lead to drive technical leadership and successful delivery of medium to large-scale E-House and integrated power system projects in North America. You will act as the primary technical interface among customers, project teams, engineering groups, manufacturing facilities, and Schneider Electric business units throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in power systems engineering or technical leadership.
Experience leading large multi-unit projects and E-House solutions.
Experience with substations, MV/LV equipment, and control systems.
Experience supporting project execution from design to commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, execution, testing, and commissioning of E-House and integrated electrical infrastructure projects.
Own the overall technical solution across all project phases.
Review engineering deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
Drive value engineering for safety, reliability, manufacturability.
Coordinate with customers, PMs, sales, proposal teams, and engineers to align solutions.
Support sales and tendering with technical inputs.
Ensure change control processes for design changes.
