Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager to support the DOJ MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote position requires coordinating multiple Project Managers, managing document centers, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Candidates should have extensive litigation support and eDiscovery experience and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The role involves collaboration with COR and Government Case Managers, reporting to the Division

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least six years of progressively more responsible experience in major litigation support projects, including at least one year of Project Manager experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time‑critical litigation support activities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with attorneys on complex support activities.
• Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing skills; outstanding oral communication skills; outstanding management skills.
• Strong technical background with eDiscovery tools and data management.
• Knowledge of Government IT environments and standard eDiscovery solutions (e.g., Clearwell, Relativity).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts of several Project Managers across large Document Centers.
• Direct and coordinate all Document Center resources and staff.
• Report to Division Contract Director or Deputy.
• Carry own caseload in multi-client environments and perform lead/coordinating duties.
• Consult with COR and Government Case Managers on operations, scheduling, staffing, progress reporting, security.
