Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Specialist, eCommerce Strategy to own analytics across Coffee & Beverage Division. You will drive digital shelf excellence, partner with Commercial Development and Brand, and scale AI-enabled data harmonization to accelerate growth.

The role requires strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver measurable improvements in assortment, pricing, and digital performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, commercial analytics, retail, or strategy roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end eCommerce insights and analytics across all BU’s and Categories.
• Develop, maintain, optimize and socialize dashboards and scorecards for business health and eCommerce performance.
• Lead bi-annual insights shareouts with CD and Brand, synthesizing tactics that improve assortment, pricing, promotions and digital shelf.
