Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an eCommerce Strategy Specialist to accelerate Online growth and share by turning data into action across assortment, pricing and promotions. You will lead cross-functional workstreams and partner with Brand, Product Information and Sales teams to win on digital shelf.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of analytics or category management experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a passion for eCommerce analytics.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 2–3 years of related work experience.
• eCommerce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively leverage data and insights to understand the Online category landscape and drive recommendations.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end digital shelf ecosystem across omnichannel journeys.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Information, Regulatory, and Sales teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Size eCommerce category opportunities and roadmap strategies; monitor performance and report gaps.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams on assortment, pricing and content with Field and Commercial teams.
