Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an eCommerce Strategy Specialist to accelerate Nutrition eCommerce growth by turning data and shopper insights into action. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, focusing on assortment, pricing, promotions, and search optimization to win Online.

Qualifications

• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Category management or business analytics role preferred.
• eCommerce experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills and analytics with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proactively leverage data and insights to understand the Online category landscape and recommend actions.
• Act as subject matter expert for Omni data and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Field and NUSA to ensure data accuracy and drive insights.
• Size eCommerce opportunities and roadmap strategy.
• Monitor category share, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end digital shelf to win across omnichannel shoppers.
