Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to deliver value to e‑commerce clients by deploying the Engagement Platform and guiding implementation. You will gather requirements, manage data migrations, and advise on analytics, marketing automation, and personalization strategies.

You will build strong client relationships and drive platform adoption to improve KPIs and ROI. Role allows regional remote work (Czechia/Slovakia) or in-office in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague, on a full-time

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B/B2C client-facing roles across vendors, agencies, or in-house eCommerce.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms is preferred.
• Background in performance marketing or CRM management is a strong advantage.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools and rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value to Bloomreach clients by deploying and using the Engagement Platform effectively.
• Gather business requirements, plan data structures, and manage migrations during implementation.
• Advise on e‑commerce analytics, digital marketing, and personalization strategies.
• Build client relationships and drive platform adoption to improve KPIs and ROI.
