Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with customers and guide them through a digital experience transformation using Bloomreach’s platform. You’ll collaborate with Account Management, Product, Technical Services, and Support to deliver innovative ideas and value.

The role emphasizes strong customer orientation, collaboration, and analytical thinking, with opportunities to influence strategic roadmaps and become a trusted advisor across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical or business consulting.
• Analytical and comfortable identifying stories within data.
• Able to roll up sleeves in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on SaaS experience is a plus.
• E-commerce and B2B experience is a plus.
• BA/BS degree required.
