Job summary

National Carwash Solutions in Frisco, TX seeks a Sr. Manager of e‑Commerce to own the end-to-end development and execution of a multi‑year roadmap, delivering rapid user and revenue growth for the NCS eStore.

You will lead the first dedicated e‑commerce leadership, coordinate CRO, SEO/GEO and SEM efforts, and partner with Sales, IT, and Marketing to build a best‑in‑class digital storefront with reliable performance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years leading an e-Commerce function.
• Strong understanding of EDI, SEO/GEO, SEM, CRO best practices.
• Expert-level experience with GA4 and Amplitude required.

Responsibilities

• Own the e‑Commerce vision, strategy and execution based on market research and business objectives.
• Increase online revenue and drive traffic to the eStore.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT and Marketing to develop the digital roadmap and release plans.
• Lead the digital customer experience development process from concept to launch.
• Define and track KPIs to measure digital performance.
• Oversee SEM, SEO/GEO/CRO and CRO initiatives and ensure continuous optimization.
