Camco Manufacturing in Greensboro, NC seeks an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead digital commerce across CAMCO.net, D2C, and dealer portal initiatives. You will own strategy, drive KPI baselines, and collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Sales to deliver measurable results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• 4+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or D2C strategy roles.
• Proven experience with SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), and dashboards.
• Experience with PIM/DAM platforms is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with B2B dealer/distributor portals or B2B2C models is a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute Camco’s ecommerce strategy across four pillars: corporate site, D2C, dealer portal, content management.
• Audit CAMCO.net, dealer portal, and D2C activity to establish KPI baselines (sessions, bounce rate, conversion, revenue).
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow organic traffic and rankings.
• Build analytics dashboards and report ROI to leadership.
• Develop D2C strategy including consumer journey mapping and data capture.
• Collaborate with dealer network and internal teams to improve portal capabilities.
• Support dealer marketing programs and product content with retailers like Amazon/Walmart.
• Lead PIM/DAM initiatives and coordinate with retail partners on content.
