Job summary

Luxor Workspaces LLC in Waukegan, IL seeks a Senior Manager, E-Commerce & Amazon Growth to lead profitable digital commerce across D2C, Amazon (1P/3P, FBA/FBM), and marketplace channels. You will own the ecommerce roadmap, drive growth strategies, and manage a four-person team to hit revenue and profitability targets.

The role requires 8+ years in ecommerce, strong P&L ownership, and deep experience with Amazon platforms, paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive ecommerce, digital commerce, or revenue marketing experience.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA, and FBM business models.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for revenue and profit performance.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability, and P&L performance across all digital commerce channels.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets across D2C, Amazon Business, Amazon 1P/3P, and marketplaces.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Monitor and report on business performance and key growth metrics.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional planning with other departments to achieve goals.
• Own the digital commerce roadmap, ecommerce platform strategy, and user experience.
• Lead strategy and execution for Amazon channels and other marketplaces.
• Drive market share growth and product visibility across channels.
• Partner with product, sales, operations, and marketing for launches and growth.
• Establish KPIs and monitor ROAS, MER, CAC, and CLV.
