Job summary

Skill is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to lead marketplace and dropship across premier luxury and department store channels. You will optimize product visibility, drive sales, and steer strategic relationships with digital retail partners to support scalable growth.

You will analyze performance data, manage listings to luxury standards, and collaborate with Planning, Operations, CS, Marketing, and IT to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3–5+ years in e-commerce, dropship, or digital marketplace accounts.
• Experience managing major department store e-commerce accounts.
• Proficiency with marketplace integrations and vendor portals.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of marketplace and dropship accounts.
• Monitor metrics, identify expansion opportunities, optimize performance.
• Ensure timely execution of initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead promotional opportunities across digital partners and events.
• Verify pricing, product participation, and retailer requirements.
• Monitor ROI, provide actionable leadership insights.
• Coordinate inventory across accounts and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Ensure accurate product listings and brand standards.
• Audit content, pricing, attributes, and PDPs for consistency.
• Resolve listing suppressions and ensure SLA adherence.
• Implement pricing strategies within retailer guidelines.
• Track sell-through, inventory turns, and margins; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, CS, Marketing, IT.
• Drive project timelines and cross-functional prioritization.
• Provide regular updates to executives on performance and launches.
