This role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to drive profitable growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across marketplaces and direct‑to‑consumer sites.

What You’ll Do

• Own day‑to‑day operations, strategy, and sales performance across key e‑commerce platforms: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Staples, Target, Newegg, Back Market, Best Buy, Temu, and DTC websites.
• Lead a small team as owner, player, and manager.
• Manage marketplace listings, pricing, promotions, and content optimization to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability, fulfillment excellence, and consistent brand presentation.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to uncover insights that drive growth, improve margins, and increase repeat purchases.
• Oversee digital advertising and promotional campaigns, balancing performance metrics such as margin and conversion rate.
• Stay current on marketplace trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for brand expansion.
