Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior E-Billing Coordinator to join their Global Finance team in Los Angeles. The role involves managing electronic invoices, assisting attorneys, and ensuring client needs are met in the billing process.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in e-billing systems along with substantial experience in accounting. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including healthcare and a generous PTO program, promoting a supportive professional environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with the 3E Billing system.
• Experience with E‑billing vendors for at least two (2) years.
• Five (5) years of experience involving general accounting practices.
• Four (4) years of experience involving billing processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between billing attorney/secretarial staff and clients’ staff.
• Liaise with staff for resubmission of invoices.
• Maintain and update data for assigned clients in the 3E system.
• Perform technical tasks during the transition to electronic billing.
• Support e-billing systems by managing user accounts and budgets.

Skills

Knowledge of web-based e-billing systems

Ability to test and troubleshoot multiple e-software applications

Familiarity with LEDES formats

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
