Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior E-Billing Coordinator in San Diego. This pivotal role involves managing electronic invoices, supporting clients in transitioning to e-billing, and ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with billing processes and web-based e-billing systems, along with a strong accounting background. Additional benefits include healthcare, PTO, and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with the 3E Billing system.
• Minimum five years of experience with general accounting practices.
• Knowledge of 3E’s E-Invoicing module is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between billing staff and clients' staff.
• Liaise in the resubmission of invoices ensuring corrective action.
• Populate and maintain client data in the 3E system.

Skills

Knowledge of e-billing systems

Ability to troubleshoot software applications
