Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior E-Billing Coordinator to manage electronic invoicing for key corporate clients and oversee transitions to e-billing. The role supports attorneys, staff, and clients across multiple offices, ensuring adherence to client guidelines and firm protocols.

The position requires extensive experience with 3E Billing and e-billing vendors, and offers a hybrid schedule across Los Angeles/San Diego/Silicon Valley/San Francisco or Orange County offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of general accounting experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience involving billing processes and practices.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the 3E Billing system.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with E-billing vendors.
• Knowledge of 3E’s E-Invoicing module preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit electronic invoices to clients monthly and oversee client transitions to e-billing.
• Provide follow-up support to attorneys, practice office staff, and clients.
• Act as liaison between billing attorneys, staff, and clients on e-billing matters.
• Support e-billing systems by managing user accounts, security levels, budgets, and matter profiles.
