Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal, delivering new features and integrating modern functionality.

The role is mostly remote with occasional visits to the DC area. The position requires strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript skills, Power Platform experience, and Public Trust clearance. You will work in an Agile team to implement AI-enabled Dynamics features and support deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience (or commensurate). Clearance required: Public Trust.
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics: Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript.
• Support SDLC documentation such as Design Documents and Implementation Plans.
• Support deployments.
• Provide support to Operations/Production troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Work in a collaborative, fast‑paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Desired: Experience in PowerBI and fillable PDF reports, RDL reports.
• Experience with GitHub and deployment pipelines.
• Certification in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or similar.

Overview

GovCIO is looking for an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal and to supercharge our systems with new technology and functionality. This position is mostly remote, but may occasionally require going into the DC location. Location: DC metro area.

Responsibilities

This position requires experience in an Agile Scrum environment with the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint. You will work collaboratively with the functional team and testing team, as well as other developers, to implement required user stories, providing continued feedback on the quality of the acceptance criteria and testing.

You will mentor other developers and collaborate with senior members of the team. Attention to detail and a can‑do attitude are required.

• Focus on AI features in Dynamics using both Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence and other modern features.
