Job summary

RPC Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for enterprise CRM. You will collaborate with architects, business leaders, and technical teams to implement model-driven apps, integrations, and DevOps workflows, with a hybrid 4-onsite/1-remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience.
• Experience developing Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse security, solution architecture, and environment management.
• Experience with Azure integration services and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with DualWrite between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing).
• Develop Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps.
• Create integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Dataverse APIs.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Help drive adoption of new Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities.
