Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to advance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal through Agile delivery. The role is mostly remote, with occasional onsite work at a Washington, DC client site.

You will implement user stories, mentor teammates, and drive quality feedback across acceptance criteria and testing. You will also leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence, while

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's with extensive work history.
• 5 years experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience leading Dynamics Call Center, IVR, and related modules.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML.
• Experience supporting SDLC documentation and deployments.
• Ability to work in an Agile Scrum environment with multiple items per sprint.
• Public Trust clearance or suitability.

This position requires experience in an Agile Scrum environment with the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint. This position is mostly remote, and will ccasionally require going onsite our Washington, DC client site. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the functional team and testing team, as well as other developers, as you implement required user stories, providing continued feedback on the quality of the acceptance criteria and testing. Mentor other developers and collaborate with other senior members of the team. Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, covering Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other modern tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals Experience to lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics. Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging. C#, .Net, Javascript, FetchXML Support SDLC documentation such as the Design Documents and Implementation Plans Support deployments Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals is needed.
