Job summary

AutoZone's CRM Solutions team is seeking a Senior Developer to lead the design, configuration, and ongoing support of our CRM ecosystem across sales, marketing, and analytics. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and strengthen data and reporting capabilities.

In this hands-on role, you will mentor teammates, troubleshoot Dynamics CRM and related tools, and deliver customized solutions that scale with the business.

As a Senior Developer, you will lead the development, configuration, and ongoing support of our CRM ecosystem. What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and plugin development
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Solid experience with SQL Server and data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with analytics and data platforms such as Python and Google BigQuery
• Working knowledge of Entity Framework, unit testing, and Web APIs
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell), system integrations, and version control tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
