Job summary

GovCIO seeks an experienced Senior CRM developer to advance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires Agile Scrum expertise and the ability to juggle multiple items per sprint. It is mostly remote with occasional onsite work at a Washington, DC client site.

You will lead implementations, mentor colleagues, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, and Chat. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience to lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics.
• Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the functional team and testing team, as well as other developers, as you implement required user stories, providing continued feedback on the quality of the acceptance criteria and testing.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with other senior members of the team.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, covering Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other modern tools.

This position requires experience in an Agile Scrum environment with the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint. This position is mostly remote, and will ccasionally require going onsite our Washington, DC client site.

• Provide support to Support Team for Operations/Production troubleshooting and problem solving
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
• Clearance Required: Public Trust

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience in PowerBI and fillable PDF reports, RDL reports
• GitHub, and deployment pipelines is a plus
• Certification in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or similar

Posted Salary Range: USD $160,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
