Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Senior Developer in New York to build enterprise applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. You will architect, design, and develop solutions, guiding teams through secure, scalable implementations with strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include delivering with Agile methods, integrating Azure services, enabling AI-powered capabilities, and driving DevOps practices for reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience on enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, plug‑ins, and related architecture and design practices.
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#/.NET.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and develop implementation plans.
• Design and defines scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Networking, Exchange/Email, and Central Power Platform Engineering teams to ensure a stable, secure platform.
• Provide technical leadership to business‑aligned development squads by: guiding solution design and architecture, reviewing code, developing reusable components, and driving DevOps practices.
• Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using an iterative Agile delivery approach, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365 data migration capabilities.
• Enable and support AI-powered capabilities through Microsoft AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support automated deployments and platform governance.
• Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing operational support for high platform availability.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, security, and developer productivity.
