Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal, while integrating new technology. The role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items per sprint.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and utilize Copilot Studio, IVR, chat, and other AI features to improve customer service capabilities. This is a fully remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics functionality including Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Experience with Call Center, IVR is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in C#, .Net, JavaScript, FetchXML.
• Experience in SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans, deployments).
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.
• Provide production support for Operations/Troubleshooting in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional, testing, and other developers to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and work with senior team members.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and customer service workflows.
