Verizon in the United States is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical/Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery for a Dynamics 365 Sales implementation. You will translate requirements, design solutions, and guide end-to-end delivery from requirements through go-live and post-go-live support.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience required.
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise CRM environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Dataverse, model-driven apps).
- Experience writing requirements, mapping specs, user stories, and backlog refinement.
- Experience leading end-to-end CRM implementations across multi-sprint SDLC/Agile.
Responsabilidades
- Lead engagements to capture, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Manage requirements, mapping, UAT planning, and post go-live support.
- Prototype solutions post go-live using Power Platform and AI features.
- Coordinate with vendor/partner engineering teams for deployment and governance.
- Collaborate with technical leads and program managers for cross-instance data models.
