Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical / Business Analyst to bridge business needs with enterprise CRM implementation. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
Experience as Technical Business Analyst / Solution Provider in enterprise CRM.

Ability to write technical/business requirements and manage backlog.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements sessions with sales, ops, and partner stakeholders.
Capture, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Drive end-to-end CRM implementation lifecycle from requirements to go-live.
Prototype and validate AI/no-code solutions using Power Platform post go-live.
Coordinate UAT, data validation testing, and defect resolution with vendors.
