Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical / Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT/engineering for Dynamics 365 Sales implementations. You will lead requirements, model processes, and guide UAT and go-live activities across Commercial and Government instances.

Post go-live, you will prototype solutions with Power Platform and AI tools, collaborate with vendors, and ensure governance for sustainable deployments in a hybrid work setup in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in enterprise CRM.
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Provider in enterprise CRM environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Dataverse, model-driven apps, security roles, forms/views, and custom entity design).
• Experience in writing technical/business requirements, mapping specifications, user stories, and managing backlog refinement.
• Experience leading complex, end-to-end CRM implementations across multi-sprint software development lifecycles (SDLC/Agile).
• Willingness to travel (25% or less).

Responsibilities

• Leading engagements to capture, document, and translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.
• Perform requirements gathering, process modeling, UAT planning, and post go-live support across CRM functions.
• Developing and prototyping solutions post go-live using Power Platform and AI tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendor/partner teams to ensure governance and smooth deployments.
