Job summary

Verizon is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Technical / Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT for enterprise CRM deployments. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and related tooling, with post go-live AI/low-code initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across sales, IT, and vendor teams.

You will lead requirements, design, and implementation across multiple sprints, ensure governance and smooth handoffs, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise CRM contexts.
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst / solution provider in CRM environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Dataverse, model-driven apps, security roles, forms/views, custom entity design).
• Experience in writing technical/business requirements, mapping specs, user stories, backlog refinement.
• Experience leading complex end-to-end CRM implementations across multi-sprint SDLC/Agile.
• Willingness to travel (25% or less).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to capture, document and translate business needs into technical requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Oversee requirements gathering, process modeling, UAT planning, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle from requirements through sprint builds, DVT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Develop comprehensive UAT plans and coordinate testing across business teams and vendors.
• Facilitate pre/post go-live readiness, cutover support and legacy sunsetting.
• Post go-live, prototype and deploy low-code/no-code solutions using Power Platform and AI tools.
