Job summary

Verizon is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics Technical / Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT for a large D365 Sales deployment. You will capture requirements, create user stories, and validate designs across Commercial and Government instances. You’ll use Power Platform and Copilot to prototype solutions and hand off to IT for production.

You will lead end-to-end CRM delivery, coordinate with vendors, and mentor junior analysts while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Provider in enterprise CRM environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Dataverse, model-driven apps, security roles, forms/views, and custom entity design).
• Experience in writing technical/business requirements, mapping specifications, user stories, and managing backlog refinement.
• Experience leading complex, end-to-end CRM implementations across multi-sprint software development lifecycles (SDLC/Agile).
• Willingness to travel (25% or less).
• Direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Copilot / AI features embedded in D365 Sales.
• Expertise in prototyping low-code/no-code solutions and transferring operational builds to IT engineering teams.
• Experience with complex data migrations, data validation testing (DVT), and third-party/legacy integration patterns (DMF, OData, REST APIs).
• Background in telecom, enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to capture, document, and translate complex business needs into detailed requirements.
• Translate requirements into acceptance criteria and user stories for D365 Sales implementation.
• Oversee end-to-end CRM delivery from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and partners to validate designs and data migrations.
• Prototype and hand off low-code/no-code solutions post go-live.
