Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engi neer with Power Platform expertise to drive enterprise solutions for client projects in Illinois. You will design, develop, deploy, and optimize CRM and related AI-enabled applications, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure systems.

The role emphasizes solution architecture, performance tuning, and governance, with hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service.
Experience with solution design, integration, performance tuning, and governance.

Responsibilities

Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
Develop and execute a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services to educate customers and ensure best-practice execution.
Collaborate with team members to support customers and share expertise.
Deliver technical training and contribute to training material improvements.
Engage in troubleshooting and addressing customer issues to mitigate blockers.
