Accenture Flex seeks a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to help enterprise clients design, deploy, and optimize business applications and AI-powered solutions onsite in the US. You will act as a trusted advisor and work with diverse teams to deliver scalable, maintainable architectures and training materials.

The role emphasizes solution architecture, performance tuning, and governance, with strong collaboration across customers and Accenture teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and other modules.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE, including TypeScript/JavaScript, C# .NET, plugins, and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute on a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess their implementation to proactively ensure best practice execution and success.
• Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing training content and materials.
